    SOSi Expands Corporate Legal Team

    bill-turk-editedSOS International has added to its in-house legal team, hiring Bill Turk, former vice president and general counsel of OMNIPLEX World Services Corporation, and Taylor Johnson, former deputy general counsel at Blackbird Technologies, Inc.

    Turk brings 30 years of legal and contracting experience to the SOSi legal team and has been involved in mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, intellectual property and corporate governance. Turk holds a law degree from the George Mason University School of Law, a master’s degree in business administration from the College of William and Mary, and a bachelor of science degree from James Madison University.

    “We are pleased to add Bill Turk and Taylor Johnson to SOSi’s growing in-house legal team,” said Brian Geoghegan, SOSi executive vice president and general counsel. “Their expertise will help support the company’s increasing M&A activity and our growing portfolio of complex business transactions. This expansion is an important step in supporting SOSi’s future growth.”
