CSR, Incorporated has selected Cynthia Marsden as its new president and CEO, effective immediately.

Edgar & Associates. “We are excited to begin this new chapter for the company with a renewed focus on strategy development, insuring innovative offerings are created and deployed to existing and new clients alike.”
In accepting the position, Marsden said, “I am honored to have been selected to lead CSR and look forward to working with the staff, clients and CSR board of directors to provide government, private and nonprofit organizations with the knowledge and tools to make informed policy choices and to take effective action.”
