Accenture has completed the acquisition of Defense Point Security, a privately held cybersecurity company, which will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Accenture Federal Services. Defense Point Security was recently recognized as one of the “World’s Hottest and Most Innovative Cybersecurity Companies to watch in 2016” by Cybersecurity Ventures.
Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed and the acquisition is subject to regulatory review and other customary closing conditions.
