Three Wire Systems has hired Serena Bliss as its chief information security officer, a position to which she brings 15 years of diverse experience.
Bliss holds multiple information security certifications, a B.S. in Information Systems, an M.S. in Information Security and Assurance, as well as a background in Defense Department cybersecurity.
Bliss served six years of active duty in the U.S. Air Force as a computer programmer and a computer operator/system administrator. After separating from active duty, Bliss continued her service as a Air Reserve technician and government contractor.
Her most recent position was as a senior information assurance engineer at eSA, a subcontractor for Lockheed Martin, both as a developer and a manager. Bliss was responsible for special project development activities used to improve the security posture of systems running the Air Force’s primary web gateway to information and applications.
