PwC has announced its inaugural PwC Washington Metro Innovation Leaders Forum on Sept. 22, 2016 at The Loft at 600F in Washington, D.C., from 3-6 p.m.
The event aims to celebrate innovations driven from the public and private sectors within the Washington Metro market. Four speakers will share their viewpoints on innovation strategy and a variety of associated operating models.
The second half will be composed of a Q&A discussion between the panelists and attendees.

Ralph Taylor-Smith is managing director at GE Ventures, the venture capital investment unit of General Electric, where he leads financial investments in innovative sensors, robotics and data-com technologies for applications in factory automation, advanced manufacturing services and digital health, in collaboration with GE’s Business Units.
Deb Oliver | President, Seagate Government Solutions
Deb Oliver is the president of Seagate Government Solutions. In this role, she is responsible for defining the SGS strategic direction and for driving day-to-day operational milestones to meet the strategy and growth objectives.
Kevin Kelly | CEO, LGS Innovations
As CEO of LGS Innovations, Kevin Kelly oversees the development and implementation of the company’s strategy while ensuring each of the associated corporate centers are operating in accordance with the long- and short-term objectives of that plan.
John Riggs | Partner – Innovation & Corporate Venturing, PwC (Moderator)
John Riggs is a partner with PwC’s Innovation practice. At the 2015 and 2016 Global Corporate Venturing Symposiums, Riggs was recognized for building PwC’s corporate venturing advisory capabilities alongside PwC’s innovation services. Riggs has spoken at the Global Innovation Summit, the Corporate Venturing & Innovation Partnering conference, and the Global Corporate Venturing Symposium.
