Mike Grasso, Engility

Engility has announced Michael Grasso will be named senior vice president for business development and strategic planning. Grasso will report directly to CEO Lynn Dugle.

Grasso joins Engility after 35 years at Lockheed Martin. Most recently, he served as VP of government relations. Grasso also served as VP of business development for Lockheed’s Information Systems & Global Services’ Civil Business segment, a $4.2 billion division.

In addition, Grasso was VP of business development for Lockheed Martin’s Aeronautics Global Sustainment business. Grasso built business development teams that supported a range of federal customers, including NASA, the departments of Defense, Homeland Security and Veterans Affairs, and the FBI.

“Mike has an impressive track record of winning significant programs and growing businesses across diverse markets, including defense, federal civilian agencies and the intelligence community,” Dugle said. “As an accomplished industry veteran and member of our senior leadership team, Mike will play a strategic role in positioning Engility for future growth and continued success.”
