ASM Research has been awarded a contract from the Veterans Affairs Department to support the National Service Desk. The award has a 9-month, $36.5 million base period with three, 1-year options. The contract value is capped at $286 million.
NSD provides supports IT services, systems and operations for more than 350,000 VA employees.
Under the terms of the contract, ASM will:
- Operate nationwide support services
- Implement self-service solutions for clients
- Use analytics and dashboards to drive enterprise service and management
