The Washington Post named The Ambit Group as one of the D.C. area’s Top Workplaces 2016 in the mid-size business category. The annual award honors companies whose inspiring cultures empower their employees, deliver exceptional customer service and serve as models for their industry. The company came in at No. 39.

“Our entire team is thrilled to be recognized by The Washington Post as one of the Top Workplaces in DC,” Ambit Co-founder and CEO Kim Hayes said. “We’re enormously proud of the culture we’ve built, the values we share and the investments we’ve made that have allowed our team members to thrive personally and professionally. We call it The Ambit Way, and it’s proven essential to attracting and retaining talent in this competitive market.”

Winners were selected from more than 3,000 local companies and ranked based on the results of an anonymous employee survey that evaluated each company’s work-life balance, quality of leadership, pay, and benefits.
