The DCS Corp. announced June 7 that the company has been awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) under the Expedited Professional and Engineering Support Services (EXPRESS) program to provide advisory and assistance services to the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM), associated Program Executive Offices and Research Development & Engineering Center, other DoD customers and geographically separated units.

This full and open award allows DCS to bid on all unrestricted task orders solicited in the Programmatic Domain, which can include recommending small business Direct Awards to qualified team members. The primary functional support areas include resource management; cost estimating and analysis; schedule development and assessment; program management, plans and integration; strategic planning and analysis; international and security assistance programs; and operations research and systems analysis.

Task orders under this BPA will be in the areas of monitoring, assessing, coordinating, analyzing and integrating component programs and activities for the total life cycle of weapon system development, fielding and sustainment, involving both cooperative international and foreign military sales programs. Programmatic activity may also include providing input, advice and recommendations to special teams formed to provide expeditious resolution of programmatic problems in the areas of program schedules, planning tools, risk assessments and acquisition strategy/planning.
