In April members of WashingtonExec’s 11 result-oriented networking Councils came together for its bi-monthly GovCon Executive Happy Hour at Maggiano’s in Tysons Corner, sponsored by eGlobalTech (eGT). eGlobalTech is a woman-owned management consulting and IT solutions firm based in Arlington, Virginia. The company’s mission is to redefine traditional consulting services by combining business insight and technology to fundamentally enhance performance.
WashingtonExec events allows executives from different branches of the government contracting industry to network and mingle. Sonya Jain, CEO of eGlobalTech, used the happy hour as an opportunity to discuss federal mobility, corporate citizenship, and the issues and challenges that face both the public and private sectors.
“The WashingtonExec Executive GovCon Happy Hour gave eGlobalTech the opportunity to not only connect with our partners and friends in a light-hearted environment, it gave us the opportunity to discuss eGlobalTech’s unique business strategies and competitive advantages to clients, including thought leadership, technological expertise, and the proven ability to implement solutions.”
This month marks WashingtonExec’s five year anniversary. Since its initial website launch and first evening roundtable with Vivek Kundra (the then-Federal CIO), the organization has evolved into 11 mission-focused Councils and a daily digital magazine with more 10,000 subscribers. Additionally, the company now has 250 executive members and hosts 100 collaborative roundtables annually. Thank you to all of our members and the GovCon community that has continued to help us grow.
