Rigil announced May 17 that the company was awarded a prime GSA Human Capital and Training Solutions (HCaTS) contract vehicle in Pool 1 and Pool 2 for small businesses, for human capital management, human resource training and development services.
“Rigil feels privileged to render such a broad range of services and comprehensive support to the federal government under GSA HCaTS vehicle, as it aligns very well with our current human capital service offerings and gives us an opportunity to reach more of our customer base,” Rigil Corporation President and CEO Rakhi Sharma said. “We see this collaboration as a milestone to offer highly effective and customized human resources, human capital strategy, organizational performance, and training and development services to federal agencies.”
As a part of the contract, Rigil will provide a suite of services, including:
- Customized training and development services
- Customized human capital Strategyservices
- Customized organizational performance improvement
The goal of development and deployment of customized solutions under HCaTS SB includes, but is not limited to, assisting federal agencies achieve six objectives:
- Improving the management of human capital in accordance with the HCAAF and OPM governing doctrines and accomplishing their assigned critical missions
- Increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of critical business processes
- Providing optimal professional development opportunities to the Federal workforce
- Undertaking effective change management initiatives
- Developing effective metrics to assess progress in carrying out human capital strategies
- Maximizing the return on investment in training and development, human capital, and organizational performance improvements
