STG Group, Inc. (STGG) announced May 19 the appointment of Joseph P. Nicholas as Senior Vice President and Sector Lead, Cybersecurity and Secure Information Systems.

Nicholas has also worked at the Parsons Corporation, Northrop Grumman and TASC. Other experience includes serving as Director of the SIGINT Systems Operating Unit, Director of the Operations and Technology Solutions Division and Director of the Community Architecture and Integration Division. He also previously served in the USAF Reserve, where he provided science and engineering support to national and USAF space and intelligence programs.
Nicholas earned an MBA from George Mason University, as well as a Master of Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia.
