Engineering Solutions and Products LLC (ESP) announced May 11 that retired Gen. Bantz J. “John” Craddock has joined the ESP Advisory Board.

“John’s extensive experience as a distinguished leader in both the corporate and military arenas will immediately benefit ESP’s strategic growth strategy,” ESP President and CEO Douglas Fouser said.

Gen. Craddock served as the Supreme Allied Commander Europe (SACEUR) and Commander-in-Chief of the U.S. European Command. As SACEUR, Gen. Craddock commanded the military forces of NATO’s 28 nations and led history’s most successful alliance into new frontiers of relevance and purpose. His distinguished military career spanned leadership at all levels, including Combat Commander in Operation Desert Storm and Commander of the U.S. Southern Command.

Gen. Craddock received many U.S. military and international awards for distinguished service. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Atlantic Council and on the Board of Advisors of MTCI. Prior to this, he served as President of the MPRI Division at L-3 Communications.

He is a graduate from West Virginia University and received a master’s degree in military arts and sciences from the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College.
