Management and performance consulting company, Suntiva announced that it has named Gail Rissler as the new Chief Operating Officer. She will be charged with overseeing the Health, Defense, Federal Civilian, and Intelligence Community business units at Suntiva. Rissler will be responsible for managing business expansion, strategy execution and development of services and solutions.

Rissler brings over 30 years of government IT and professional service experience to her new role. She has been with Suntiva for one year. Originally hired as a Senior Vice President, Rissler led multiple business units and optimized operations. Prior to Suntiva Rissler served as Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer for McDonald Bradley which was purchased by ManTech International Corporation.

Hany Malik, President and CEO of Suntiva stated, “Suntiva has achieved a scale and level of organizational maturity that warrants the position of COO. In selecting a COO, we sought an executive with proven experience in achieving growth at a company our size. We also needed someone who understands and believes in the Suntiva culture. Gail defines these two requirements. She brings the approach and skills we need to aggressively pursue Suntiva’s business strategy. Gail has already proven she’s the perfect person for the job. I’m delighted and excited to partner with her in crafting the next chapter of the Suntiva story.”
