    Douglas Manya Named General Counsel at LGS Innovations

    Douglas Manya, EVP, General Counsel, Secretary, LGS Innovations

    It was announced by C4ISR and cyber solutions provider, LGS Innovations that it has named Douglas Manya Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. Manya will manage the legal, corporate governance, and contractual activities of LGS and its compliance with government procurement regulations and LGS ethical standards. The previous LGS General Counsel and Secretary, Michael Garson will now serve as the company’s Chief Administrative Officer.

    Commenting on his new position Manya said, “I’m excited by the opportunity to help LGS continue to grow. I am very impressed by LGS’ heritage, technical capabilities, talented employees, and commitment to the mission success of its customers.”

    Previously Manya served as the Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Booz Allen Hamilton where he advised executive management and the company’s board of directors on a broad range of corporate governance and operations matters. Prior to Booz Allen, Manya was in private practice with the law firm Howrey & Simon in Washington, D.C.

    Kevin Kelly, Chief Executive Officer at LGS stated, “We’re delighted to welcome Doug to our management team. His extensive experience in the government contracting arena, mergers and acquisitions, and our customer base is ideally suited to support our continuing and rapid growth as a provider of advanced communications, networking and cybersecurity solutions.”
