It was announced by General Dynamics Mission Systems’ partner QGroup that it has been awarded a contract to deploy and maintain QTrust Server security appliances for Bundeswehr’s (German Federal Armed Forces) secure IT networks.
The QTrust Server is based on the PitBull Trusted Operating System which is a part of General Dynamics Mission Systems. General Dynamics’ PitBull trusted operating system adds additional security to QGroup’s QTrust Server security appliances. PitBull will be used by the Bundeswehr to improve the security of its infrastructure by providing multi-level security through access and integrity controls.
