    Barbie S. Bigelow Named Chief Information Officer at Jacobs Engineering Group Inc.

    It was announced on March 8th by technical, professional, and construction services provider, Jacobs Engineering Group that it has appointed Barbie S. Bigelow as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. Bigelow will report to Kevin Berryman, Jacob’s CFO. This appointment will be become effective March 14, 2016.

    As the CIO Bigelow will be responsible for working with the company’s Executive Leadership Team to provide IT support for Jacob’s global operations and align the company’s IT strategy with its global strategy.

    Berryman stated, “Barbie has proven leadership experience in information technology strategy and operations and also a proven track record in business transformation. We are delighted to welcome her to the Jacobs team.”

    Bigelow brings over 30 years of increasing business value through innovation and building high performance teams. She has held executive roles at Lockheed Martin Corporation and IBM. In addition she served as CIO and SVP at TASC.
