It was announced on January 29th by Reston, Va.-based SOS International LLC (SOSi) that it has acquired Virginia based, defense and intelligence contracting firm, New World Solutions. With this acquisition SOSi will considerably grow its presence in the intelligence community and will enhance its technical capabilities.
