Salient CRGT Inc. announced Feb. 18 that the company has been awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) from the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). This five-year BPA has a ceiling valued at approximately $15.7 million. Salient CRGT’s portion of this five-year BPA is approximately $5 million.

“We are honored to help the EEOC and further their mission by delivering excellent and consistent service for effective systems that improve EEOC’s interactions with the public,” Salient CRGT CEO Brad Antle said. “Our experience in Agile transformation coupled with our Agile Innovation Center allows us to bring the right innovations at the right time enabling our customers to get the most benefit from the Agile methodology.”

Salient CRGT will provide services for a number of areas to include enterprise architecture, systems analysis, configuration/release management, document management systems support and legacy system maintenance. The company will provide specialized skills to support the EEOC’s Strategic Plan initiatives such as the Public Portal and Digital Charge Files, as well as maintain and enhance current EEOC systems, such as the Integrated Mission System (IMS), Document Management System (DMS), www.eeoc.gov, inSite and the Federal Sector EEO Portal (FedSEP).

The mission of the Commission is to ensure equality of opportunity by vigorously enforcing federal laws prohibiting employment discrimination through investigation, alternative dispute resolution, conciliation, litigation, coordination, education, and technical assistance. The EEOC also provides oversight and coordination of all Federal equal employment opportunity regulations, practices and policies.
