Top 30 Execs to Watch Spotlight:
CACI CEO Ken Asbury had a great end to 2015 with the company’s announcement of intent to acquire L-3 Communications’ National Security Solutions (NSS) business segment.
“The NSS acquisition strongly reinforces our strategic growth plan. I am confident the complementary, high-end solutions gained will strengthen our competitive position,” Asbury said. “This transaction adds depth and breadth to our intelligence, cyber and C4 solutions and services to meet our nations’ evolving and most critical national security challenges.” CACI made their largest acquisition with the purchase of Six3 Systems in November 2013.
Reason to watch: It will be exciting to see how Asbury and his team continue to integrate the companies and if they will continue to grow through acquisition in 2016.
