    Defense Intelligence Agency Awards AMERICAN SYSTEMS Spot on $6B Contract

    It was announced Jan. 18 by Chantilly, Va.-based AMERICAN SYSTEMS that it is one of 25 awardees of a spot on a maximum $6 billion, five-year Enhanced Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise (E-SITE) ID/IQ contract with the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA).

    The primary function of the E-SITE contract is to provide improvement in the areas of contract performance and data integrity, and standardize acquisition documentation in an effort to enhance the acquisition processes.

    Peter Smith, President and CEO of AMERICAN SYSTEMS stated, “This is an important contract vehicle for AMERICAN SYSTEMS, and we look forward to supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency with our proven approach to providing enterprise-focused IT services in support of their national priority programs.”
