McLean, Va.-based Trowbridge & Trowbridge, LLC announced Sept. 26 that it has has been awarded an 18-month Technology, Engineering and Development (TED) Support Services contract from the Dept. of Defense Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) Enterprise Information Technology Services Directorate (EITSD). The contract is valued at $42.5 million.
“We look forward to partnering with WHS and supporting the mission of EITSD during this critical time as its customer base continues to evolve,” President and CEO Karen Trowbridge said. “The primary place of performance will be at the Pentagon and facilities within the National Capital Region.” The contract was awarded through the NIH CIO-SP3 Small Business contract vehicle.
“We’re excited to start work in this complex new arena,” COO Chris Brandell said. “Our team includes a variety of large and small companies, each bringing an important niche component to our contract success.” T&T’s team includes SMS Data Products Group, SHR Consulting, Netcentrics, General Dynamics IT, VAST and GCubed.
Contract services include systems engineering, service design and operations, application development and specialized support for mission specific systems and applications.
