    Save the Date: Is Your Business Prepared for Attack and Recovery?, Oct. 27, 2015

    The Fairfax Chamber of Commerce will host a cybersecurity forum from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. Oct. 27, at the Hilton McLean Tysons Corner.

    The event, “Is Your Business Prepared for Attack and Recovery,” will feature four panelists who will discuss the detailed lifecycle of cyber threat preparedness and incident response including the legal environment and proactively addressing threats prior to an attack, cyber threat intelligence and steady state information sharing and analysis operations, and incident response and recovery.

    Panelists include:

    • Moderator Kevin Brancato of Bloomberg Government, Director of Government Contracts Research
    • Ben Beeson of Lockton Companies, Senior Vice President and Leader of the Cybersecurity Practice
    • Jim Halpert of DLA Piper, Partner, Co-Chair US Cybersecurity Practice and Co-Chair Global Data Protection for Privacy and Security Practice
    • John Peterson of Raytheon, Director of Supply Chain Cybersecurity & Special Missions and International Solutions Intelligence, Information and Services

    The event is $60 for Chamber members and $80 for non-members.
