The 2015 Fairfax Futures Leadership Forum will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Nov. 13 at the Boeing Company in Arlington, Va. The topic for this year’s forum is “Building 21st Century Workforce Skills: Supporting Digital Literacy.”

The goal of this year’s Leadership Forum is to examine the impact of technology integration in pre-K through college classrooms and the effects it will have on education and the way business is done in the future. Business, government, education and nonprofit leaders from across the metro D.C. area who are interested and/or concerned about education and workforce issues that affect the area are encouraged to attend.

The speakers for this year’s event will be Karen Cator, President and CEO of Digital Promise; Alex Chisholm, President of Skylab Learning; Tara Chklovski, Founder and CEO of Iridescent; Kavitha Cardoza, WAMU’s special correspondent for education; and Trish Barber, of Women in Technology.

There is no cost to attend this event, and registration closes Nov. 9. Click here to register for this event.
