Reston, Va.-based NCI Inc. announced Oct. 22 that the company has been awarded a contract by the U.S. Army to provide agile acquisition, systems engineering and logistics services for the U.S. Army Program Executive Office (PEO) Soldier headquarters and programs at Fort Belvoir, Va.
The five-year, cost-plus-fixed-fee contract is valued at $211 million and consists of a 12-month base period with four one-year option periods.

Under the contract, NCI will help project management offices to rapidly outfit U.S. soldiers. The company will also offer engineering, quality assurance, test, acquisition, business management, logistics and fielding, operations and administrative support.
