    Amy Bleken Named CEO at Buchanan & Edwards, Brian Karlisch Joins Board of Directors

    It was announced on October 1st by Arlington, Va.-based Buchanan & Edwards that Amy Bleken, Vice President of Corporate Development will take over as the CEO. She is replacing Brian Karlisch who will now become Chairman of Buchanan & Edwards’s Board of Directors. This change will become effective on October 1, 2015.

    Bleken has held senior executive roles at CGI Federal and Stanley Associates. She has years of experience in the areas of; operational management, business development, marketing, strategic planning and account management.

    Brian Karlisch said, “Amy is an extraordinary leader who exemplifies the value-centered foundation upon which BE was built. Her talent for developing partnerships and strategic alliances, coupled with her extensive knowledge of the government contracting space and her ability to implement winning strategies for business growth, will successfully propel BE forward. I am truly excited for where BE is going and what we are going to achieve.”
