Senior Human Resources Advisor Wanted:
Position Description/Skill Requirements: Provide expert advisory service for senior human capital management to assist the federal organization’s Senior Leadership on human capital management technical, analytical, consulting, and a range of related activities, including but not limited to: Conduct an external environmental assessment of other public and private organizations to research and benchmark best practices in employee retention and engagement. Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to understand current agency retention trends and practices and identify what is needed to improve employee retention and engagement. Methods may include, but are not limited to, one-on-one interviews, focus groups, surveys, and various techniques and technologies for ideation/idea storming. Conduct internal organizational assessment of EIA’s current state and operational capabilities in the area of employee retention and engagement. Develop recommendations for retention and engagement strategies and other initiatives to ensure the organization is able to retain its best employees. These recommendations may be formulated as a strategic retention and/or engagement plan. Implement employee retention and engagement programs and operations. Assist in the production of internal/employee communications materials including, but not limited to, employee intranet content, all-hands emails, presentations, speeches, and various leadership communications. Ten years or more of professional work experience that is relevant to these requirements. MBA or Masters level degree or equivalent is required in HR or another similar/relevant discipline. PhD preferred.
Senior Project Manager Wanted:
8-12 years of experience managing complex IT projects and supporting IT PMOs to lead an IT PMO contract with a Civilian agency in Washington DC. In this role, the project manager will interact daily with government clients, project team members, stakeholders, and other contractor teams, and be responsible for managing the team’s resources and performance. The Senior Project Manager will support the client in managing multiple (50+) IT projects across the enterprise, and must have disciplined project management skills, including a PMP Certification. Must be a U.S. Citizen able to get a Public Trust clearance.
Business Development Executive Wanted:
