Last month, TWD & Associates, Inc. promoted Larry Scherer, Woody Hume, and Tom Ladimir from its leadership team.

All three executives will now have greater responsibility over the technological development and customer management of their field. Larry Scherer is now the Vice President of Infrastructure Solutions in charge of all infrastructure and technological application and outreach. Woody Hume is now Vice president of Technological Sales in charge of TWD’s technology sales team. And Tom Ladimir is now Executive Director of Complex Integration in charge of overseeing all Audio/Video productions.

“Aligning our top resources with our strongest offerings strengthens our competitive edge in the advanced communications and collaboration marketplace,” said TWD’s President and CEO Larry Besterman. “Our people are our company’s greatest assets, and we value the results they have produced and expertise they bring to the technology space. As part of our transformation from a federally-focused government contractor to a technology solutions provider focused across markets, we are capitalizing on the experience of senior managers like Larry, Woody and Tom to expand our presence beyond the federal government. We look forward to them continuing to raise the bar in delivering top technologies to our clients across the board.”

According to the press release, each of these promotions offer prime opportunities for TWD to expand its communication and collaboration capabilities further into vertical markets like educational institutions and state governments.
