McLean, Va.-based Dovel Technologies announced May 6 the appointment of four individuals to senior level managers.

“These strategic hires were made to support Dovel’s plans to continue our growth trajectory through organic new business and further acquisition,” Dovel CEO Paul Leslie said. “Each of these individuals are respected and accomplished in their areas of focus and we are lucky to have them as part of our team.”

Pauline Healy is now Vice President of Business Development where she will pursue key contracts. Healy brings experience from past roles with Centuria Corporation, Apptis, QinetiQ North America and the U.S. Air Force.

Vice President Carol Miller will work with the team supporting the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services’ Administration for Children & Families Grants Center of Excellence (COE). She also serves as the Program Manager for the company’s CIOSP3 vehicle and is responsible for expanding the existing team and developing new business. Miller brings business development and account management experience to the position from her 20-plus year career in the government IT sector.

Pablo Serritella has been named Dovel’s Vice President of Business Operations. He will work to build a unified business operations team. He most recently held financial planning and operations roles at STG and Apptis.

Kenneth White is now the Senior Vice President for Research and Development.
