Greenbelt, Md.-based Array Information Technology (ARRAY) announced April 30 that the U.S. Air Force (USAF) has selected ARRAY to support its Deliberate and Crisis Action Planning and Execution Segments (DCAPES) system sustainment and development requirement.

“Team ARRAY is proud to assume responsibility for sustainment and development of DCAPES,” ARRAY Defense Client Executive Brian Knott said. “In addition to our previous effort to develop Business Intelligence (BI) capabilities for DCAPES operators, ARRAY is passionate about our continued support to this program and the evolution of the system to support its Joint War Planning mission.”

DCAPES is a program essential for the mobilization, deployment, employment, sustainment and redeployment of USAF forces. The system links USAF planners with Joint War planners through the Joint Operation Planning and Execution System (JOPES).
