Last week AllCom Global Services announced its acquisition of ADAR Incorporated’s Facilities Infrastructure Division.

“This acquisition significantly expands our market and capabilities,” AllCom Global Services CEO Bob Weatherwax said. “A portfolio of industry leading smart infrastructure technologies provides our customers expertise and solutions to make their networks more efficient and resilient, and doing so via GSA schedule delivers value.”

Expanding AllCom’s offerings of technology infrastructure solutions, this purchase includes the full line of software and hardware products from Liebert, Avocent and Emerson Network Power. ADAR’s Facilities Infrastructure Division offerings also include prime contracts with multiple Department of Defense and Federal Civilian customers.

“Transitioning this business line into AllCom provides a great platform for growth in the Federal Government facilities space,” CEO and President of ADAR Debbie A. Reiger said. “The combination of customers and past performance creates both synergies and new opportunities.”

AllCom headquarters is located in St. Louis, Missouri, with additional local offices in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania and Falls Church, Virginia.
