@Legal Discovery LLC, which has offices in Falls Church, Va. among other locations, announced Jan. 27 the release of the latest version of CasePoint, which includes functionality for direct collection of cloud-based data from sources such as Gmail and Microsoft Office 365 mail. The new version also improves speed and includes enhanced analytics and greater support for tablets and mobile devices.
“With so many organizations using Gmail and other Web-based platforms for email and document sharing, it became increasingly important for us to help our clients collect data from these locations,” @Legal Discovery CEO Haresh Bhungalia said. “This new feature allows CasePoint to move even further to the left within the Electronic Discovery Reference Model and will greatly simplify the collection process for our clients.”
The new version of CasePoint offers a new way to collect data from Web sources. The collection process is now fully automated and requires no secure personal information.
Other advances include 30 to 50 percent faster document open times, the addition of dynamic analytics,and an updated interface that improves experiences on mobile devices and tablets.
CasePoint allows legal professionals to manage large amounts of data from ingestion through production.
