The Choral Arts Society of Washington presented its 34th Annual Holiday Gala on Dec. 15, 2014, at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. The fundraising event featured the Society and the Pan American Symphony Orchestra in “A Capital Christmas” and benefitted the Choral Arts’ artistic programming and community initiatives.

The evening included a holiday concert featuring concert guitar soloist Jeff “Skunk” Baxter — former guitarist of The Doobie Brothers and Steely Dan — followed by a reception, dinner and dancing on the Roof Terrace Level, as well as the event’s annual silent auction.

The Ambassador of Argentina, Cecilia Nahon, served as honorary patron. Janet Kelly Phillips was this year’s gala chair.
