Loveland, Colo.-based KeyPoint Government Solutions, a provider of security-clearance background investigations and screening services to the U.S. government, announced Nov. 10 it has named Michael Chao as Chief Financial Officer.
Previous KeyPoint CFO Carolyn Symsack is retiring at the end of December and will remain a part of the KeyPoint team through the year’s end.
“Mike’s experience combines a proven track record of building high-performance organizations with hands-on senior financial management expertise in a way that will make him a powerful addition to the KeyPoint team,” KeyPoint Government Solutions CEO Eric Hess said.
Chao previously served as CFO of Famous Brands International and has held senior financial management positions with Vail Resorts Inc., eBay Inc. and InterTrust Technologies.
