WashingtonExec asked the simple question to top area executives:
“If you could give your kids only three pieces of advice, what would they be?”
Today’s critical advice comes from Manoj Gandhi, Vice President at CRGT.
- Believe in yourself. It is OK to listen to advice that people give you, but ultimately you have to form your own opinions.
- Find you passion and give 100 percent to it. Try to live your life so that you enjoy what you are doing and great things will ultimately flow from that.
- Work hard and take calculated risks. You have to take chances and some risks in life. Generally, people who take risks, if they work hard then with some luck they will be rewarded appropriately. Also, don’t hang around with people who have bad attitudes or discourage you from trying.
