Washington Business Journal named Fairfax, Va.-based SRA International Inc. the winner of the 2014 Healthiest Employers among companies with 1,499 to 4,999 full time employees in the greater Washington area. The WBJ Healthiest Employers Award program recognizes the Washington region’s top 50 healthiest employers based on a wide range of factors.

“We are honored to be recognized as one of greater Washington’s healthiest employers,” SRA Senior Vice President of Human Resources John Reing said in a statement. “Supporting our employee’s professional and personal well-being is a key component of the enduring values of honesty and service upon which SRA was founded.”

The categories across which the companies were compared included Culture and Leadership, Foundational Components, Strategic Planning, Communication and Marketing, Programming and Interventions, and Reporting and Analysis.

The 4th Annual Healthiest Employers Awards and Workplace Wellness Expo, held on Sept. 18 at the Marriott Marquis in Washington, D.C., recognized the winners.

SRA International is an information technology services and solutions consulting company. In August, SRA International released its new company tag line and logo. Read on here.
