The Boy Scouts of the National Capital Area Council will host the 2014 Technology Good Scout Award Luncheon from noon to 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 7, at the Tysons Corner Marriott, located at 8028 Leesburg Pike.

Ken Asbury will be honored at the luncheon for his commitment to advancing the technology sector while exemplifying the values of the Boy Scouts of America. He is the CEO and President of CACI International Inc., an information solutions and services company.

The program is scheduled to include a light reception for networking opportunities, opening remarks from event chair Paul Dillahay and Council Executive Les Baron, a Color Guard presentation and a Scout Speaker. The presentation of awards and remarks by Asbury will follow.

Proceeds from the event will support the general operating budget of the local National Capital Area Council, which includes programming for nearly 55,000 youth. The event was not held in 2013, but raised $85,000 in 2012.

An individual ticket is $500. Sponsorship opportunities start at $2,500 for a table of eight.

There is no online registration page for this event. Individuals can fill out a registration form and send it back to NCAC via email, fax or mail.
