Karsun Solutions and Alliant Solutions Partner Land GSA GWAC Vehicle

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) has awarded a five-year $110 million contract to Alliant Solutions Partner to support the CIO Application Maintenance, Enhancements, and Operations Small Business Order (CAMEO SB) through the Alliant Small Business GWAC vehicle.

Alliant Solutions Partner (ASP) is a Joint Venture (JV) with Karsun Solutions (Karsun) serving as the Managing Partner and authorized agent.  Karsun Solutions is managing the CAMEO SB Contract and executing the role of Prime Contractor.

Under the terms of this order, the ASP team will provide comprehensive Transformation Management support to a portfolio of applications primarily serving the Federal Acquisition Service.  While this includes operations and maintenance, transformation of the portfolio to achieve key strategic objectives is the focus of the Task Order.  The Transformation focus involves:

  • Modernize and streamline IT portfolio to reduce interconnectedness and dependencies among systems and environments
  • Operationalize adaptive and agile development to increase efficiency and reduce O&M costs over the period of performance
  • Achieve Cost Savings through a more efficient portfolio of applications
  • Architect solutions which maximize the reuse of GSA’s software assets & platforms and develop “Cloud-Ready” applications
