Haystax Technology will be acquiring NetCentrics Corporation in a deal set to bring the companies’ combined revenue to $100 million, according to a statement released yesterday.

The acquisition will match NetCentrics’ cyber security and network management solutions with Haystax Technology’s cloud computing solutions and next-generation analytics.

“We have very strong cultural alignment and focus on bringing leading edge technology to our customer’s most difficult missions by providing differentiated solutions with innovation and agility,” William Van Vleet III, the Haystax CEO, said. “The NetCentrics team has proven expertise, strong leadership and complementary skills and capabilities. Their size, scale and infrastructure, along with a strong contract base, provide a formidable foundation for acceleration of growth in a number of critical areas.”

NetCentrics will maintain its current brand, customer portfolio and employee base. It will operate as a wholly owned of Haystax subsidiary.

“Since founding NetCentrics almost 20 years ago, we’ve worked to offer top-notch technical solutions to our clients and create a corporate culture that has strong core values and a commitment to employees,” Bob Dougherty, NetCentrics CEO, said. “We look forward to extending our culture to Haystax and building an environment where creative thinking, imaginative engineering and thoughtful leadership will take our combined organization to new levels.”
