Roughly 80 executives flocked to the Maggiano’s in Tysons Corner, Va. last Thursday evening for WashingtonExec’s July executive happy hour aimed at fostering collaboration and networking among those in the government and contracting sphere.
The event was sponsored by The Tailored Man, a custom-suit company with locations in Alexandria and Mclean, Va. and Toronto, Canada. The company’s Sanjay Daswani explained to attendees that his custom suits give executives an edge against others by providing them with a memorable, one-of-a-kind look.
Those who attended were able to nurture old relationships and build new ones in the relaxed networking space that connected executives of consequence through targeted and trusted forums.
The WashingtonExec Federal Acquisition Council for Business Development Professionals, Mobility Council, Big Data Council, Leadership Council, Intelligence Council, Strategic Human Capital Council, MARCOM Committee, and the Federal Business Council were all represented at the happy hour.
