Vienna, Va.-based Preferred Systems Solutions (PSS) last week announced it acquired Envision Technical Services (ETS) in a move that bolstered the company’s IT offering with systems and applications tailored specifically for the Intelligence and Defense customers.

The IT infrastructure, software development and financial consulting company did not disclose financial terms of the deal.

“The acquisition of ETS brings a 22-year track record of outstanding customer support within the Intelligence and Defense communities, and expands our commitment to those men and women,” said PSS CEO Scott Goss, president.

ETS President and CEO Joe Rexrode will transition into PSS as senior vice president.
