ManTech International last month named Louis Chabot vice president and technical architect of its Mission, Cyber & Intelligence Solutions group — one of the company’s two operating groups.

Chabot, an adjunct professor within George Mason’s Applied IT Department, is tasked with supporting solution development for the company’s programs and applying innovation that maximizes security and efficiency.

The technologist and thought leader served previously as a data scientist with Dynamics Research Corporation — a Reston, Va. company recently acquired by Engility — where he led the company’s big data practice.

“It is rare in our industry to find someone who demonstrates mastery of technical specialties with a unique perspective for policies and strategies that optimize a complete solution,” said ManTech MCIS Group President Bill Varner. “We look forward to applying Louis’ sought-after expertise to our existing and new customers as we continue to address increasingly complex information technology challenges for commercial, federal, state, and local government customers.”
