Rick Hill has joined HumanTouch, LLC as its vice president of the company’s civil sector, according to a company announcement. HumanTouch, based in McLean, Va., is an IT consultancy that provides mission-critical IT services and solutions to public- and private-sector clients.

“We are excited to have Rick join our team,” said Moe Jafari, founder, president and chief executive officer at HumanTouch. “His extensive relationships, broad technical background and understanding of the market make him a fantastic addition to our growing family.”

Hill has more than 30 years of IT consulting service experience including 15 years delivering cybersecurity solutions, according to a company press release. He is a project management professional and obtained his Master of Business degree from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Md.

Hill, who is vice president of Loudoun’s Habitat for Humanity, lives with his wife Marcia Hill in Northern Virginia.
