MacAulay-Brown, Inc. (MacB), a leading National Security company with Corporate Headquarters in Dayton, Ohio and National Capital Headquarters in Vienna, Va, yesterday announced it appointed Bill Callaghan to serve the company as vice president of business development where he will be tasked with expanding the company’s presence in special operations and among the departments of Defense and Homeland Security.
The former combat veteran will do so by identifying and capturing strategic business opportunities within the special operations and defense communities, according to a press statement released Monday by the company.
Callaghan will work from Shalimar, Fl. and report directly to Fred Norman, MacB senior vice president and general manager of the company’s Mission Systems Group.
“We are very pleased to welcome Bill to the MacB team,” Norman said. “His proven military, industry and business development background will be critical to us as we continue to expand and deliver our unique set of services and product solutions to our Defense, Special Operations and Homeland Security customers.”
Callaghan prior to joining MacB served as vice president of business development for the Federal Markets group at DLH Corporation. During his tenure he identified and qualified strategic opportunities for the Atlanta, Ga.-headquartered corporation and ultimately aided the company in securing several major contract wins.
