    This week’s WashingtonExec e-magazine brings you the latest information on ECS Federal’s George Wilson, who took over as the company’s chief executive officer three months ago. Wilson took the reins from Roy Kapani, who is now the company’s advisory board chairman.

    In other news, Jon Johnson of the U.S. General Services Administration Enterprise Mobility Program, recently briefed the WashingtonExec Mobility Council on achievements and challenges for federal agencies as they begin a transformation of their mobile footprint.
