Herndon, Va.-based Deltek, an enterprise software and information solutions provider, last week announced it closed its acquisition of software provider Sohnar and its Traffic LIVE solution.
The purchase of Sohnar — a studio management systems provider — aims to broaden Deltek’s portfolio of professional services automation solutions.
Traffic LIVE is Sohnar’s cloud-based studio, project and workflow management planning system founded in 2003 in London, England that aims to assist creative agencies in managing their projects.
Sohnar Founder Tracey Shirtcliff said the company is thrilled to join Deltek.

Deltek CEO Mike Corkery said he welcomes Traffic LIVE as more than just a tool to be used among marketing agencies.

Deltek also offering also includes a Maconomy ERP system.
