Jason Addis has joined HumanTouch, LLC and will work within the company’s federal division as its director of Military Health, according to a company press release.
Addis previously served as the deputy chief technology officer for the Defense Health Information Management Systems PMO and prior to that served in several contract positions as a lead system engineer.
He has vast Military Health System and Marine Corps experience, with expertise in systems engineering, IA and network infrastructure programs, according to the company.
Addis’ experience driving customer satisfaction and delivering operational efficiencies within the Defense Health Medical programs adds significant value to HumanTouch’s committed efforts to the warfighter, dependents, beneficiaries and the delivery of healthcare solutions. His technical and managerial acumen offers clients a comprehensive depth of talent, the company said.
HumanTouch, headquartered in McLean and founded in 1997, is a certified Small Business Administration disadvantaged 8(a) company that provides mission-critical IT services and solutions to public and private sectors clients for more than 14 years.
Addis is an active proponent of ITIL, achieving his Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management. He has a bachelor of science degree in nursing while serving as a hospital corpsman in the United States Navy.
Addis and his wife Maria have three sons, Justin, Joshua and Jay. In their spare time, the family volunteers with the Boy Scouts of America, for which Addis is a Cubmaster.
