McLean, Va.-based Dovel Technologies announced Tuesday it will collaborate with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on a five-year, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity Division Information Office Application Modernization and Development Support contract.
Dovel Technologies provides application development and emerging information technology solutions.

The contract will support the SEC Office of Information Technology (OIT) Division Information Office (DIO) in acquiring modernization and development services and will include software upgrades and enhancements, application re-engineering and modernization, new application development, configuration deployment and testing and system specifications and knowledge transfer, according to a company press release.
Acentia LLC and Ascella Technologies, Inc. are Dovelâs teaming partners for the contract. Its base period is five years, with one five-year option period. There were six DIOMDS awardees in total, according to Dovel Technologies, with a contract ceiling of $80 million.
