MacAulay-Brown, Inc announced it acquired Commonwealth Technology, Inc CTI) — a national security products and engineering solutions organization based in Alexandria, Va. The consolidation added to MacB’s electrical and systems engineering capabilities which MacB CEO and President Sid Fuchs said keeps the National Security services company on track to provide its customers with a full range of technology services, products and solutions. In Fairfax CGI Federal last week announced James Peake will serve as President of the federal services and solutions firm following the retirement of former President Donna Ryan. Toni Townes-Whitley also moved up in the company, promoted from Senior Vice President for Civilian Agency programs to Chief Operating Officer. Peake is a Vietnam Army veteran whose accolades include the Order of Military Merit and the Purple Heart with oak leaf cluster from his service with the 101st Airborne Division in Vietnam. Read more…
