CALIBRE Systems, Inc. has announced that its president and CEO, Joseph A. Martore, has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce.

“The Fairfax Chamber of Commerce plays an important role in shaping the business climate in Northern Virginia,” said Martore. “The opportunity to serve on the Chamber’s board is an honor and I look forward to supporting the chamber’s efforts to promote this area’s vibrant business community at the state level and beyond.”

For more than 85 years, the chamber of commerce has worked with area companies to build a strong business community. Known as “the voice of business in Virginia,” the chamber represents more than 650 companies and nearly 500,000 jobs in the region. It facilitates industry-focused councils, thought leadership groups, community partnerships and many other opportunities to expand members’ networks.

CALIBRE Systems, Inc., based in Fairfax County, has four office locations across the country. It is an employee-owned management consulting and technology services company supporting government and industry.
